- During the Fair Fiera Milano will organise a shuttle bus (on payment)
- Boarding at the airport: exit Arrivi Nazionali
- Boarding at the Fair: inside Fair Fiera Milano City
- Arrival at the Fair: close to the entrance gates
- It is also possible to use public transport (autobus n.73) from the airport bus stop in the area Arrivi Nazionali arriving at the city bus stop in P.zza San Babila adjacent to the Underground Station Linea 1 (red) (for the Fair Milano City take the direction Molino Dorino to Amendola Fiera and/or Lotto Fiera 2)

The railway service Malpensa Express directly connects, in 40 minutes, the Airport with the Railroads North: Domodossola Station . The service is provided from high speed trains every half an hour. Who travels ALITALIA can check-in (only hand baggage) at the station check-in desck.

During the Fair the "Circolare Fiera" shuttle will link the gates of the Fair Milano City to the Underground Linea 1 Red, to Amendola Fiera.
